Jonathan is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. After completing university, he moved to Tel Aviv and founded a startup called Townflix. Living in Tel Aviv he met asylum seekers from African countries who were in vulnerable situations and struggling to make a decent living. He therefore decided to join Microfy, a local Israeli NGO empowering asylum seekers through a micro-credit program. Later, he founded Migraflix (in 2015) and Mazeej (in 2016), two projects that seek to empower refugees and immigrants economically while promoting their cultures and building bridges with the local population.
