Much like the demand from our Movement's members, the interest from BBYO's advisor, parent, partner, and alumni networks has been inspiring as International Convention has grown year after year. We're looking for the very best teammates eager to give delegates the best week of their lives.
Every February, BBYO employs talented staff and volunteers who can support and connect with teens from around the globe to enrich the overall experience of International Convention. IC enhances delegates’ Jewish identities, develops their capacity to lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and strengthen their commitment to improving their chapters, and thereby, their communities. We can’t do it without dedicated, dynamic, and enthusiastic role models like you. Additionally, fluency in Spanish, Russian, German, Hebrew, French, or any other languages will be a huge help in connecting and supporting our delegates from around the world.

We're looking for 300+ volunteers in a variety of roles from Wednesday, February 16 through Monday, February 21. Opportunities for volunteering will be distributed across convenient shifts, and all volunteers are provided with full access to IC including signature events like Opening Ceremonies, IC Limmud, and the BBYO Celebrates concert.
